Larry’s Pizza In Conway

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to try out Larry’s Pizza in Conway with some friends from work. I was very impressed with the pizza and the business itself.

The story is that Larry’s (owned and operated by Larry White), has been in business since 1992 when he opened his first store in Little Rock. He’s obviously doing something right as they’re now up to 6 locations, (Conway not referenced on their website).

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that the building is really big for a “pizza place”! The have a lot of tables, but I was more impressed that they actually have some room in between the tables. I hate going in a restaurant where every time you sit down or stand up, your chair is bumping someone else’s around you!

As for the pizza, I didn’t eat a piece that I didn’t like. They have a great selection and it was all good. During the “pizza parade”, we were constantly being asked if we wanted a piece of pizza….no need to head to the feed trough with everyone else in the place and fight for the last piece of supreme that looks like it’s been touched by everyone else!

I didn’t take a good look at the game room, but it too appeared to be big and had plenty for the kids to do when you’re trying to finish your meal.

Overall, I have to say that I really liked this place and from the comments I hear from others, Larry’s will continue to be as successful in Conway as it has been elsewhere in the state.
