Dreaded “ManBoobs”

3 quick questions:

1. Are you a guy or do you know one close to you over the age of 35?

2. Have you or he looked at your/his bare chest lately?

3. If so… did you see them?…The dreaded….

“Manboobs”?

Obviously if you are female this is not an issue. But for us men, “gynaecomastia”, often jokingly referred to as manboobs (we can thank “Seinfeld” for that) is anything but funny.

From this point on, I’ll refer to it as “MB” if that’s okay by you.

MB is not an age thing. It can occur at almost any time in life. However, for those of us over 35, it is more common.

This is just one of the many symptoms of “andropause”, or “male menopause.”

When you age your testosterone levels decline…and more than that the testosterone gets “weaker” due to an imbalance between it and estrogen.

When you combine that with our modernized “estrogen-rich” environment that Dr. Holly Lucille frequently lectures on, you have a problem.

A big MB problem.

MB is associated with lack of drive (you know what I’m talking about guys) and excess bellyfat due to the estrogen.

Even more serious:  Excess estrogen has been positively linked to prostate cancer.

Yep. MBs are not so funny after all.

Check out Dr. Lucille’s NaturaPause Audios. There is an entire audio dedicated to male menopause and natural solutions that really work.

Most do not work worth a darn.

Hers does.

http://www.naturapause.com/aff/over40 <— no more MBs!

  6. I know many 35ish men and I think I’ll be willing to shameless. I mean, I’ll really ‘look’ on their bare chests for a few seconds or more to see if they have MB. And if they had, I’ll share this blog with them. Thanks for sharing the info.

  8. Yes I know a lot of guys that have MBs and some of them have only turned 30. But even though the hormone level might have some effect I’m pretty sure that the level of exercise (lack of might be a term) is the main reason :)

  12. humorously relevant post.

what about that connection i’ve always heard about with “MB”s and smoking marijuana? was that a myth perpetuated during the nancy reagan “just say no” period of our country or is there an actual connection.

  50. This topic always makes me laugh. The only solution to this problem is regular exercise and weight lifting and it is the only thing that works. Get to the gym, lift some weight and watch them dissapear. Weightlifing will increase your self esteem, testosterone, ability to attract girls, help you live longer, make you more attractive, strong…etc, etc. Just don’t buy anything claiming to cure them. Haha. If you don’t exercise you will get moobs no matter how much money you waste on Dr. Lucille’s NaturaPause Audios : )

  51. Chris on Fri, 20th Feb 2009 12:21 pm
  52. Actually, when I read what you’re saying, it makes me think of the people that say, “if you want great abs, do lots of situps and crunches”. That…is totally false. Sure…you may have some great abs, but the only way you’ll ever “see” those great abs, is if you diet, exercise and lose the layer of fat thats covering them.

By the same token, you can go to the gym all you want and lift weights all you want…if you’ve got fat covering the pecs, you’ll never see them.

I don’t believe that anyone would “waste” their money on the NaturaPause program. Does it work for everyone? No. Is it effective for many people? Yes it is.

And…there is a 60 day money back guarantee…so if you feel that it doesn’t work for you, get your money back.

  80. For men, the excess amount of estrogen relentlessly signals their prostates to grow. It causes feminization, weakness and fatigue and worsens the loss of virility that occurs with age. It appears to be nature’s plan to gradually withdraw masculine capabilities as we grow old. But now men are living longer yet losing virility younger than ever. This combination of trends is creating a whole generation of “avirile” tired old men. And some of them aren’t that old. The fast pace of this trend occurring in younger and younger guys is alarming.
