Link Building With Articles The Easy Way!

Yes, it’s true…”content is king” when it comes to the internet and website popularity, but attracting links to your site makes a huge difference as well! Today’s post will feature a product that I’ve been using to do just that.

If you’re a blogger, then chances are you like to write, right? You jump on your computer each day and pound away at the keyboard, putting out valuable information to be seen by many. Creating that information and posting it attracts visitors and it’s also popular with the search engines, and the search engines reward you by ranking you higher/better for certain keywords & phrases.

Another important way that the search engines look at and reward your site, is by looking at the links to your blog, from other blogs and websites. Reciprocal links are fine, but ideally you would like to have lots of good, high quality “one-way” links or “backlinks”. One way links are a way that search engines place a relevant value on your site. If you have lots of links coming in, it’s presumed that your site is pretty popular, thus the site would deserve a higher ranking with the search engines.

You may think, “well great…if I’m Steve Pavlina, people would link to me all the time, but I’m new at this! How am I going to get one way links?” Writing keyword rich articles and submitting to article directories is one of the best and easiest ways I can think of. Once you’ve placed your link the article and your article is published, you’ll have an automatic link back to your site! Many article directories have a high Google PageRank, so you may get a really good, high quality link back to your site! If you’re article is good and fills a need, it’s always possible that someone searching the directory may find your work and use it on their website for content. Now you’ve got another link. Submit to several article directories and you’ve got multiple one way links. You get the picture!

Even though you may love to write, (or maybe not?), coming up with keyword rich articles takes time. Something you probably don’t have a lot of if you’re like the rest of us. And I just hate the thought of paying someone else to write an article for me! Well I found a tool which I have been using, that makes article writing so easy, it’s downright fun! The tool is called, Instant Article Wizard. It was developed by a gentleman by the name of Jonathan Leger. I’ve come to really admire Jon and the products he puts out. He develops good solid programs and won’t leave you hanging if you have a problem. But I remember when I first purchased it I thought, “well here goes another chunk of money that will probably end up down the drain”. Boy was I ever wrong! If you want to pump out some quality articles that will no doubt boost your search engine results, this is definitely the easy way to do it!

Inside of the sales page, scroll down a bit until you see the little “STOP” sign on the left, and click on the demo. Jon goes through the process of creating an article in just 8 minutes! How cool is that!?!? And the best part of it is that the tool does most of the work. You can personalize the article as much or as little as you want.

With a tool like this, not only can you build links, but you can create content for your own site/s, or even build a little sideline business producing articles for others, (for a small fee of course!)

This is a tool I own and I use personally. I highly recommend it. The product won’t let you down and Jon won’t let you down if you ever need assistance with it.

I hope today’s article has been helpful for you. If you have questions, please feel free to post it in a comment, or contact me directly.

Have a great day!

  2. Seems like a great tool. But isn’t the chance big that you’ll have copyright infringement?

  3. Chris on Fri, 6th Jul 2007 2:45 pm
  4. Hello Joost,
Not sure if you got a chance to watch the demo, but basically the software scours the web and brings in “sentences” that contain the keywords your searching for. You may have 100 different sentences from 100 different websites. You would pick different sentences that are fitting for your article, then I normally tweak the sentences and article to fit my style of writing. The finished article is definitely going to be unique and there shouldn’t ever be an issue with copyright infringement.
Another way to look at is that instead of me going out and trying to look at thousands of websites to gain the knowledge for writing an article, this software does the research for you and brings it all to you in a nice, organized fashion.
I also think of it as a great as a tool for new ideas. Pick a keyword or phrase that you want to write about, type it in the program, and then scan the results you get back. Chances are it will give you all kinds of new ideas to write about.

Thanks for dropping by and bringing up a very valid concern! If used like the tool was designed, I can’t see there ever being any copyright issues.

    Chris

  6. This software seems very useful. Do you know if there is a demo version to try it out? I would want to test it for my own site prior to purchasing it.

  8. Hi Michael,
I understand what you’re saying. I usually look for a demo on anything before purchasing as well. That being said, I’m not “aware” that there is a demo for this? I will say that this is the guarantee that is offered by Jon:

Instant Article Wizard is guaranteed to work as I say it does, helping you create quality articles faster than you can on your own, or I’ll refund your purchase within 8 weeks of your purchase. It’s that simple.

My experience with Jon has been very positive. I believe he stands behind what he says.
Good luck with whatever you decide! Thanks for dropping by and commenting!

  10. I write a lot of keyword articles for my niche blogs and this actually looks like it could be very very useful to me.

Does it have sustainable usefulness? As in, if I want to write about mutual funds, will I be able to write articles on mutual funds over and over again? Or is only going to give me one article for one keyword and then be done?

  12. Sounds like a very interesting find Chris. I think I’ll have to give it a shot. I’ll probably use it on a throw-away site though. I had a site banned once, and don’t try this stuff on my main site anymore. On some of my other sites I’m still up for some experimentation though.

  16. Mahalo for the suggestion. I’ll check it out. You didn’t mention price which would have been nice.

  17. Chris on Wed, 11th Jul 2007 7:06 am
  18. Hi Court – I think you will find the tool to be helpful. As I had mentioned, the tool will provide you with a number of sentences from different websites where it finds your keyword. You can, (and should) modify the sentences to match your writing style. Another cool feature of the latest update that is available, is that it provides you with a link to the website where the sentence came from.
    Best of luck to you!
    Chris

  22. Hi Kuanyin – Sorry I didn’t publish the price. Good point. It looks like they’re selling it for $67. You’ll definitely want to check out the sales page for more info. I don’t think my article quite does it justice.

Thanks for stopping by to comment. Please come by again!

  25. Chris on Fri, 13th Jul 2007 6:27 am
  26. Hi Ruri,
You can definitely create unique articles with this product. Take a look at the demo video in the sales page where Jon actually goes through the process of creating an article.

  28. I hate to write a ‘negative post’ but Matt Cutts from Google said that duplicate content may hurt your search engine results, and articles are the king of duplicate content. I figured I would let you know.

  29. Chris on Sun, 15th Jul 2007 8:08 am
  30. Hi Collin – I don’t consider this a negative post at all! It’s good to get everyone’s perspective. Actually, your comment made me realize that perhaps my post wasn’t real clear. I should probably do a follow-up article to explain a bit better.
This tool wouldn’t create duplicate content. Also, I’m very careful NOT to submit an article to an article directory, then place it on my site as well. When I write something for a directory, I consider that a “one-time” shot, written specifically for directories, and used primarily for a link back to my sites. If a hundred other people want to pick up the article and use it on their sites…so be it. They’re the ones having to deal with the duplicate content issue, not me.

Yes…you should be able to use the product over and over again for the same keyword or variations on the keyword. I’d say give it a shot and make sure it works for you. You can always get your money back if you don’t like how it works. Best of luck to you!

  42. Hi Chris,
First of all, I would say thank you.
You have answered of one commenter that it creates unique content. That’s great!!!
But, I think it will be good if we will hire a content writer instead of it as tools have their limitations.
    What do you think?

  44. Frankly speaking, it has come to my epiphany that there really is no easy way when it comes to linking building…even with articles. Unless one is an avid writer, coming up with a single unique article with good content can take long.

Link building is so time consuming and can be frustrating in one way or another. It requires a lot of willpower and perseverance to move on far enought to see some positive results. I guess that’s just how it is in the internet marketing domain.

Anyways, you provided some valuable tips on this post. Many thanks.

Personally, I found it easier to just start typing articles.

  54. This article is around one and half years old but the point that building links through article submission still works. With article submission you can get links even to inner pages of your site which is not allowed by most of the web directories.

  58. This could prove pretty useful. By taking only sentences at a time you’ll most likely be able to avoid any dupe penalties for scraping content. In my case I don’t find it difficult to write articles, it’s the actual submission that is the most difficult and time-consuming part of it for me.

  64. Jonoathan has created some interesting stuff over the years and I’ve tried a few. He is a talented programmer for sure. I’m not sure article manipilation programs are the way to go though. I find it just as effective to outsource your article writing and then spend a few minutes tidying it up. Can be just as time-efficient, if not better, and achieve the same results.

  70. I purchased Instant article wizard but I have to say I’ve had better luck with outsourcing my articles or purchasing PLR and just tweaking it to my style of writing. (Don’t ever use PLR right out of the box)

Jonathon’s software is good for getting facts and sparking ideas but be careful not to become what I call a ‘drone’ writer and bore your audience to death. Give to the point, interesting facts and keep it colorful by interjecting your own personality and thoughts ;-)
