Thats funny about the grandkids, LOL! I can remember growing up, the big deal for us was the Fouke Monster! After watching "The Legend of Boggy Creek", it was tough to get me to go outside unless mom or dad was right by my side! Amazing sight, I'm sure, Thank goodness he went in search of peace and quiet elsewhere. We found bear tracks on a property adjacent to ours here just south of Malvern a couple of years ago while 4-wheeling. Mentioned it to the grandkids so now when they hear the neighbors cows mooing they come running inside hollerin' that they heard a BEAR! Hopefully, if they REALLY do hear one someday they will realize it soon enough. I've heard recently the alligator population is growing in southern Arkansas, too, as well as the wild hogs.
